WOYWW 252

First and foremost I hope no one from the WOYWW group are affected by the Tsunami that has hit Chile, please stay safe.  Now onto my desk this week.  Not a great deal happening it is still covered with some of last weeks stuff, no crafting has happened at all.  I do have my Distress Swatch that my bestie made me, this is of all my distress pads, really brilliant for color matching against cardstock etc.  On the desk next to it is my phone cover and a parcel that I received in the post from Judy in Adelaide Australia (Judy's Fabrications) it's full of lovely papers, stamps, cut outs and this beautiful fabric heart.  The latest Craft Stamper issue x 2 is still on the desk because I am not allowed to read it without my bestie, when we catch up I really don't know.  DD's been doing some scrapbooking not me this is her album from school.  Oh and a huge box of red envelopes that some one gave me to use, goodness knows what I am going to do with them all, they have the Hallmark embossed bit on the back. Also a ream of A5 paper which will be really handy. Gosh and the most important thing on my desk for me ATM is my coffee.

Yoda is doing well here he is again sitting next to me on his stool that has a ream of paper on top of it that needs putting away.  He doesn't mind sitting on mummys' paper.  Really he probably thinks he is being naughty and getting away with it. Don' you love that face, how can you resist his beautiful face.  Yes I do give him heaps of kisses.

This is me for this week, nothing exciting or riveting, too much other stuff going on.  Yoda waves hi to all and sends cuddles.

Why have I told you all this go ask Julia at The Stamping Ground she can explain it all.  I hope you have a wonderful crafting week.

Hugs Eliza & Yoda

Hi Eliza and Yoda...you have an amazing craft room, all sorts of great storage and big table. Lucky you have a BF to come over and craft with...I skype most Saturdays with my friend Vikki - we just chat and make cards and try out new things. Arthur is too cute and like my shadow at present, just wants to be closeby. Thanks for visiting Cheers and have a great week RobynO#40

Each time I visit, I see more things to swoon over. I want to come play in your studio. You make it seem so inviting, too. Bleubeard wants to say hi to Yoda and wishes I would let him in my craft room. But Yoda is a well behaved friend, unlike Bleubeard who likes to play with paper. Hope you are doing well, and thanks for visiting me so often over the past couple of weeks. Happy WOYWW from # 15.

Hi there you two!
Lovely array of things on your desk Eliza and what a fab parcel you got from Judy. The red envies will come in handy at Christmas time for your cards and the red heart is lovely, as is your red phone case. Gosh, lots of red here.
Yoda, you are looking beautiful as always - I bet that paper you are sitting on is nice and warm for your rear end, is that why you look so contented?
Love to you all (Other furry family, DD, DH and all) - Hugs, Neet 65 xx

CHEEKY! Look at his 'butter wouldn't melt' expression...LOL!!
How lovely to get such pretty happy mail - Judy creates such detailed items, they're amazing. You'll have to go into the Valentine's card business to use up all those red envelopes...grin :-)
Hugs, LLJ 8 xx

Yoda looks so pleased with himself, sitting on your paper. :-)

The red envelopes would be perfect for Christmas or Valentines, you'll just have to make the card sizes to match!

Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier and for the nice comments.

Happy Woyww,

Lololololololol!!!
Well, as it happens, I have a fetish for very long zips..the longer the better. Short ones just don't satisfy anymore.....grin ;-)
They're only 20" long and I use them in the knitting type bags (like the blue one in this week's post). I often cut the ends off which is easier rather than having to perfectly insert a centred zip. See? Anything for a quick fix!!
You can rest easy now!!
Thanks for the laugh....Jan xxxx

Answers: Yes, the white thing on my window sill is the "New" thing - it is a Docking Station and was from one of my BFF's for my birthday. Was gobsmacked when I opened it - now got loud music blaring out - and more to the point MY choice of music. Yeay!

The clamps - last summer on a polymer clay course the insides of my pasta machine just literally shot out. I was flabbergasted. Now got it firmly clamped as it was the bucking and rearing it was doing as I conditioned and raced through with my clay.

Hugs to you all - cuddles to Yoda - Neet xx (again so no number)

A gourd!! You saw a gourd, lol!! Lay off the caffeine in the morning girl, it's giving you hallucinations!! Your desk is still too neat, get DeeDee round for a play! Yoda does look very smug with himself, or maybe that's just his happy with life look. Have a great week.
