Sorry I was MIA last week, so much happening and work to be done, you know the type that actually supports my art habit.
Been to
DeDe's to catalog even in the heat wave and all is good there we have finished the stamps cataloging. Now to finish mine but hey, I am not in the mood I am all cataloged out for now, so mine will have to wait. Played yesterday at
DeDe's and did some quick retail therapy for some crinkle ribbon not Tim's a cheaper version, will have to get back to you on the outcome of that. Anyway onto more important things my desk. Active with some note cards and die cuts, being put into the little boxes you see on the table.
A wee bit more to be done, but hey the Cricket
is on here in Melbourne and art/craft is at a slow
pace for a little while now whilst I tend to that,
oh and the hot weather.
Yoda is doing good, he got a great report from the Vet last week, he is in a good place. He waves hi to everyone and sends cuddles.

First, thanks for visiting me so many times last week. Most appreciated. And of course, I read your comments on Julia's blog post, since mine was right below yours. Sort of surprised because I think you must be really famous.
Had to laugh at the "cheap" ribbon comment. I've never known anything by TH to be cheap. Or should I say overpriced is a better word for what he sells. I look forward to learning more about the "better" ribbon.
Bleubeard sends Yoda hugs. He likes it when others of his kind are in photos. He pricks up his ears when I show him the photos. Right now his big fat body is perched in my lap while I'm trying to type. It's probably because it's so cold here, unlike where YOU are in the heat of things.

Now that is a gorgeous pic of Yoda and pleased to hear he is doing well. I really felt for you in Melbourne with the heat. Hope a cool breeze comes your way. I am in awe over your amazingly tidy and organised space.

Now this is an art room I could feel at home in...so well organized. I know what you mean about being "cataloged out'. When the mood strikes you have to go with it, and it's always nice to re-aquaint myself with things, but when I'm not in the mood it's just no fun at all.

Yoda is looking very regal on the windowsill.....Master of all he surveys :-). It's good to hear that the vet says he's in good shape....when you look back and remember what he was like when you first got him....you've done a good job there!!
The room is looking great, albeit cos you haven't had much time to craft. Hopefully the work/life balance will settle down....

Oh, do you think Yoda would scootch over a wee bit so I can join him curled up in the sun? I promise to pet him either and comment on his handsomeness. Yoda looks so comfy there with his eyes squinting in the sunshine. Tell him there's a fridge full of fresh fish here if he's interested! I could do with a little of that warmth and light. It is so cold here and the worst has yet to come and it still seems to go dark so early.
your work area looks so neat, spacious and organised and it must be WARM too. I'm staying out of mine and crafting in the living room to save heating it.

Hi Eliza, I did try to leave a comment earlier but, at the risk of repeating myself, I'm still suffering from a dodgy Internet connection so taking the opportunity while I can to visit.
