This week the desk photo is actually a finished room photos, yes the room is finished being sorted, probably a few minor changes as to where which container should be where but overall done. This has been one really huge exercise to say the least. Thanks to my best buddy De she has been a real brilliant support and Myrene my daughter. So without further ado here is the multiple shots of the room. Sorry a bit photo heavy this week.
As you can see I now have a table up the middle of the room that can seat 4 people comfortably. My work-space in the window is still there if needed. The trolley at the end of the table can be moved around as a cutting station to anywhere. As you can see there is already activity happening on the desk, Myrene and I have been busy doing arty things. De is coming over tomorrow to craft now this will be the test of how functional the room will be.
I also have the most beautiful bunch of flowers on my table, they are from De she had them delivered yesterday for my birthday I am now a whopping 50 years old and feel it. Nah only joking on the feeling it bit.
Yoda's bed is still moving around the room to where ever I am working but his little stool, he loves sitting on is still near the computer. He has settled a little and not playing up as much.

Happy birthday for yesterday Woot 50 is the new 30 I have heard.. Your room looks amazing all your stuff all sorted and love the new desk near the window with all the draws under it.. I have been really busy with moving both of my kids out into new houses have moving arms, ache like mad.. Catch up with you soon.

Ah, Yoda and change aren't so good for each other, huh! Glad he's settling. Your room looks AWESOME..as functional as it could be I'd say, and I agree, you may have to move the odd box here to there, but I think it will work absolutely perfectly. Love that you still have a window seat to work at when on your own..specially to contemplate the hard work done in the garden!
And HAPPY Returns..am fifty next year too, it's gonna be alright gal!!
Hi Eliza, belated birthday wishes ... and 50 is not old at all. In fact, as I recall, 50 is a very good age to be :) Congratulations, too, on completing the craft room sort out. Having just finished moving into a new craft room, I know just how time consuming it can be and how crazy things can get trying to find suitable places for so much crafty stash. Happy 50th, hope you had a good day. Honestly, I've had such a good time since I turned 50 2 years ago...I determined that as I was past the halfway mark, then every day had to be meaningful. And it has. My Bucket List has grown madder and I am slowly ticking off the things I want to achieve :-)

That is a totally amazing revamp, we can now quite clearly see everything that you have!! Bet you've got stuff in there you didn't even know you had! Happy, happy birthday. Age is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter!! I thought there were parts of Australia with snow? There's skiing somewhere there, right? Perhaps have a winter holiday in that region and pretend it's Christmas lol! Have a wonderful time over Christmas and the New Year, just in case I don't manage to call in again.
