Completed but it took awhile ......

Desk Shot
No this is not a WOYWW page but it should be, Just added some more stuff to my desk, it seems that my desk is going to be full like all the other WOYWW'ers are and this is from their artwork not mine LOL. I received a lovely new ATC today from Daniella Hayes in the USA and a thank you card. Daniella's ATC is the Summer Tree one on the right with the badge and the bright sunflowers note card also on the right.  She has pride of place with Lillians & Deeyll's ATC's too, of course Hooter had to get in on the act.  Go on over to their blog they have some really yummie art to share, awesome ladies they are.

Finally completed the cards that were sitting on my desk yesterday, well actually the night before that too.  LOL  This is for no one at all just to go into stock, to be on hand when needed or sold.  I did another Graduation card for the same reasons.  I like to stay one step ahead, but it doesn't always work for me.  I do like this graduation card, it has been an enjoyment to create both cards, so relaxing, I need that at the moment.  Here are a few closeups of the cards with captions

Bling added to the flowers and Stickles added
in other  parts of the dies

This is a new die I got from Memory Box.

It is a trestle card my favourite style

My day, actually the rest of the week has just gone to the dogs, but I am cracking the whip and going to paperific tomorrow for a few hours, after all I am the boss  I should be able to do what I want LOL So I need retail therapy and some arty stuff, my head is a mess and it needs art cleansing.  So if you are going I might see you there I will try and look for the WOYWW Badge.

Ah, retail therapy! I know I already confessed once to you today but I partook of a *little* more therapy this afternoon, via ebay...oh, that getting outbidded at the last minute gets my goat! I think I forgot how competitive I can be. lol I'm excited to share because I think I got some good deals, don't tell me if I didn't! lol :)I got a huge mixed lot of brand new TH inks, embellies, stickers and what-not: I did my research before bidding and found the retail value for all the products was $167.50 and I paid $56.51, a savings of $110.49! That was my big purchase for the day, the other things I bought were a Cricut deep cut blade and housing, which retails for $30 around here, and I only paid $10.59 and Spellbinders Shapeabilities Mixed Media Playtime set for $5.70 (retails for $29.99 on their site) and I have wanted it for a bit but was totally unwilling to pay even $17.00 for it when Blitzy.com was selling it for that a few weeks ago. And no shipping charges for any of it! So now I'm done for a bit and ready to go play with the stamps and paper that came in today, finally! lol It builds my patience to wait for packages, right? See?! Shopping online is *good* for your character! lol
Hugs, Deeyll

Wonderful easel cards! The mixture of colors in the first one look great and the black and white one is so cool.
