I'm posting this early as I have a big day tomorrow and need to be out and about doing so much. I've had a busy week with different things happening, I managed to visit everyone on the list, I haven't done that for a long time, it just seemed to all come together and it helps when the list isn't hundreds long. I have done some journal pages (see one here in the former post), plus the one just below, both quite different from each other, I made some cards and some little gift cards too. Well they are all but finished except for a little bit of colour on the birds wings and some bling for the eyes. Strange really as I am not usually a brights person and definitely not into yellows like this but hey it worked for me so I went with it. 
They are really yellow and blue or yellow and green, for some reason the true colour isn't showing. I also managed to dig up some scraps out of the tub to create these so they are a bonus in my opinion. I did some retail therapy with bestie, got some new supplies, they are on the desk Darkroom Door stamps, oldies but fun ones. The best thing to be added to the art room is my new stampin up ink pad stand, wow I am so excited, I did have to purchase some more ink pads to make it look like I actually own some. 
So lets all move along to why you are really here "it's about Yoda" yep I know he has been his mischievous self demanding cuddles here he is on my messy bed enjoying being out on top of the covers instead of underneath them. Don't you just want to kiss that button nose of his and hug him, he would lap i t all up and want more.
Sorry about the shabby bed, I promise next time to clean up before you visit, I am sure you won't be bothered as you are really looking at Yoda not the bed and nothing else. Our weather has been quite a bit warmer and nice then we had some cool days a bit of both worlds which nobody seems to be happy about. I do feel bad for our Northern Australian's from the cyclones that have hit the top end and destroyed homes, thankfully no lives were taken and minimal minor injuries.

Of course your bed was nice and tidy but Yoda made a bit of a mess of it of course. Love'im. He's getting a virtual cuddle from me too. He's gorgeous.

The cards are lovely and the bright colours are really eye-catching. I just popped across and looked at the journal page - it's fab and yes, I love the idea of downloading clothes! Yoda, of course is the star of the show again, and is doing a great job of stealing your thunder!

How exciting-a new stamp pad holder. Had to chuckle that you had to buy more inks so it would look like you owned some. Of course we're here to see Yoda and he's looking quite fabulous today. Our Cindy cat is a hero, she stuck her head out the curtains and growled this morning, scaring off someone who was trying to steal hubby's bicycle (it was chained down).
Hello Eliza. Didn't even notice the bed... but it has reminded me that here we are in the late afternoon and I haven't yet been back into our room and made our bed since John got up. Oooooops!!! A new stamp pad holder - How incredibly neat and tidy - and I quite understand how you felt you needed a few more pads - can't have these things looking deserted... The bird card is really cute. ell done.

I love that birdie card!! The yellow border is genius in my opinion as it's such a bright, springlike colour. The birds are cute too :-). As is Yoda, he's looking very huggable there (I hadn't even noticed the bed!!).

Bed! What bed? Nobody noticed it I bet, just that gorgeous little hunk of a man sitting there with those beautiful eyes looking out at us. If only you lived in the UK - I would love to visit him. He just asks to be stroked in all his photos.
My American friend has one of those SU holders and I am always looking at it with envy. Lucky you. Not that I own any pads, I can never get the darned things to open for me anyway.

Awww look at that little face... Eliza, you can't possibly make the bed with a kitty on it! I speak from experience as a fully paid up cat slave. Love all the cards you've made - you and Yoda certainly have been busy.
Beatrice has been very clingy lately and I think she knows I'm not well. She wants to snuggle up against me every night, right under the duvet - you'd think she'd get too hot!

Hello Yoda, puss puss!! Oh yes they love being close to us our pussy cats! I only have to have a nap on our bed and Chloe wants her special blanky to be pulled over her.Even on those hot days over the weekend. Love that storage,You can never have too much storage in my opinion.

And yes, you are right, Yoda is priceless, even my hubby loves him. I showed his photo once and he commented the name is very well chosen, he looks very wise!

Hi Eliza and Yoda, thanks for your lovely comment. It's great to have a few days' peace and quiet but I don't like not knowing the date of my surgery... I just want it all over and done with now. At least I am feeling a lot better today, both physically and emotionally. Hop over to my blog to see some fun stuff!
