People all around the world on Wednesdays pop in and see each other's desk with the thanks to Julia at the Stamping Ground for hosting the blog hop. We all want to find out what everyone is creating, well mine hasn't changed very much from last week, it has the same journal book out with a few improvements and some work done in it, at least I have done something apart from working hard everywhere else but the art room. my journal layout needs work on the face and the outfit she is wearing then some words in the background and a general tidy up, but hey I am getting there at a very slow pace.
Dear Yoda has been asleep at my side after giving in and curling up and going to sleep, there was no way he was going to nag his mother to bed early tonight that is for sure. So here we are at the wee hours of Wednesday morning here in Australia posting my desk early, I know it is really early but hey at least I have done the post.

What a lovely page, Eliza - I love the colours too. And dear little Yoda, so fast asleep - I had to look hard to see which way round he was, and he sort of blends into his bed. Our two girls have been quite playful today (most unusual as they are usually quite lazy), and I think it's the cold weather. Beatrice had a mad fit this a.m. rushing up and down stairs like a kitten instead of the old lady of 14 that she is!
Thank you for your lovely comment and the hugs - kitty hugs always go down well too! I know I am in good hands, and together, somehow, my hubby and I will get through this and face whatever comes. I am trying to take one day at a time and not race ahead in my imagination because that way lies despair, and that word isn't in Shoshi's dictionary!

Here I am, your first stalker (grin). Seriously, I am here to snoop, not stalk. I can see you are getting "there" on both your desk and your lovely face. She already looks so lovely.
Bless Yoda. Neither of my boys wants to be near me when I'm on the computer, although Bleubeard sat on my lap when he was a baby. Neither is allowed in my craft room, though. Yoda, on the other hand, must be very content and maybe a bit glad you are home spending time near him.

Eliza, you left me a lovely comment on the post before the WOYWW one ("The Result of my Colonoscopy") - thank you so much for it, and thank you for another one, too! My hubby and I are usually able to spend the evening together - we eat together and usually watch something brainless on TV which is fun! We are currently enjoying the re-run of the original Avengers series, and some vintage Dr. Who, both of which are great stress relievers!!
We'll get through the coming ordeal together, somehow.
Mum was impossible today and my dear hubby was so sorry not to have been here to shield me from it. The carer said, "She's very strong willed, isn't she!" to which I replied "And How!!"
Our kitties continue to be playful. Phoebe is into chasing her tail big time at the moment.
