A lovely lady sent me a little bag of goodies in the post awhile ago, so this is the card I made her to say thanks. She should of received the card by now so I think I am safe in showing it on here. As always I have to decorate the envelope to go with the card. I do have to say a little of the birdcage had to get covered with the address but otherwise I was quite happy with how this turned out. I am also entering this into the
Artful Times Challenge Blog where they are focusing on

Thanks for stopping by to see the work of the "lace ladies". It is actually called Bobbin Lace ... I guess there are other sorts, hence the distinction. I only admire it, I have no aspirations to take it up.
