WOYWW 256 (SPECIAL EDITION)

I can show you whats on my desk but you are probably all waiting to see what I have been doing.  Yep this week has been a very busy week for me.  Zero crafting, unless you call putting together a chipboard stand in 2 seconds crafting.  So what have I been upto to warrant all of this.  Now lets see...  The Logies TV week show was on and here is some of the red carpet action.

I couldn't get many photos as I said I was really busy......

Sorry Julia photo heavy, I am sure you understand and want to see these yourself.

Hey a moo show for those of you who like cows.  Actually called the Cash Cow from one of our morning shows.

Here the stars lined up for the photo shoot to go in the magazine prior to entry for the big night.  Everyone walks the red carpet and this was the final point for interviews and photos before the final show.

This is the back of our OB (outside broadcast) truck and the live feed before editing.  This in my opinion is the best spot of all.  You are away from everything and it can be bliss.

Yes my desk is messy, I also have my lindt easter bunny to eat.  DeDe gave that to me for easter.  Oh and there is that chipboard stand in the background that took me 2 seconds to assemble.  You have never seen my desk this busy.  I think this will make some of you very happy indeed.

Yep the card packs still need putting away that I was working on.  More cards in the thinking stage of production.

Yes my desk is messy, I also have my lindt easter bunny to eat.  DeDe gave that to me for easter.  Oh and there is that chipboard stand in the background that took me 2 seconds to assemble.  You have never seen my desk this busy and mess and I can just envision some of you now rubbing your hands together in glee saying, "yes she is like us after all'  " I knew it" LOL   I think this will make some of you very happy indeed.

Yep the card packs still need putting away that I was working on.  More cards in the thinking stage of production.

Then you have the wonderful Yoda, I just turned on the heating to warm the house and the little man had to be first there, this is after just getting out of a warm bed with me.  He is such a snuggler

For those of you who want to see out my window.  The clivias are still growing and it is cold.  We are now going into the night and well into Autumn

Please if you leave a message also leave your link number so I can return your visit.  Thank you for popping in to have a look and say hi.  If you are wondering still after seeing all this why I am showing you then pop on over to Julia's place called the Stamping Ground and she can explain all.

Hugs Eliza & Yoda

Good to be a (virtual) part of an OB again...happy days :-) Some gorgeous dresses there but one question...do those women ever eat? How can a person be that thin??? LOL
Your desk is looking fun too - enjoy that choccy. And yes, Yoda looks incredibly smug in that pic...he knows where the comfy spots are!
Hugs, LLJ 36 xx

Ohhh.... my DD is very envious of your work pics. I just feel guilty as I had eaten about 6 lindt chocies while I was scrolling through the pics. Enjoy your bunny and big hug to Yoda (who gets cuter every week).

Yoda looks very happy in that photo. Bleubeard told me he was, so he should know.

I have no idea what this red carpet event was, but I was super impressed by the photos you took, as well as your OB photo.

Looks like an enjoyable life. I think you have it ALL, my dear. Lots of friends, a bestie, a great craft room, a wonderful supportive family, a super job, a great cat, and a chocolate bunny to eat! Happy WOYWW from # 2.

Eliza, the Wheelies are very new and only came out for the Ally Pally show. You need to look on the Clarity website for them and also look at Barbara Gray's blog, where she has been demoing several of them. xx Maggie #61

Going to have to confess that I don't have any idea who the glitterati are in your photos but it all looks incredibly glam.
Love the photos of your garden.
Thanks for visiting earlier, have been colouring in my grown up colouring book all afternoon but had to make a trip to the craft store to buy some super-doper artists pencils first ;-)

What fun your post is! You must have had a great time witnessing all of that, and I agree with LLJ about the thin-ness of those women... Makes you sick, doesn't it.

Yoda is adorable, and sooo beautiful! What breed is he? He's got a really aristocratic look.

Thanks for your visit and nice comment - glad you like my desk. It snakes its way round the whole room with different zones and it's such an amazing space. As for the little rail, I got that idea off Pinterest. I got the rings and clips from Ebay. It's a really good way to store them as they are easy to find, and I can keep the original packaging in the bags so I know where the stamps were originally from.

Happy WOYWW,

Thanks for your reply about Yoda. Now I look more carefully, I can see his curly coat! I thought he was just stripy at first. He really is gorgeous, and he looks as if he is well aware of the fact!

I didn't actually see the Logies, but I would have liked to see Carrie Bickmore as I think she is the BEST dressed female on tele :)
Yoda looks so cute, as usual, and the view from your window is lovely. IF I was able to use my room, I would be looking at almost bare frangipani branches.
Have a good week,
