WOYWW 249

Not a lot happening on my desk today, today is a day of appointments.  The desk has been in action most of the week getting heaps of things done, see previous posts if you want.  The cutting trolley is still to my left and the draw from the desk caddy is still to my right with the notepad underneath. The bowl on minties is still there as they are DeDe's for when she comes over.

The notelet set ready to be put away, some heart
paper for a card that needs to be made for a
wedding.  Just bits n bobs all round but an active desk.  That white pole in the distance is my broom, still needing to be put away.

Yoda, see that lump, well that is him all tucked up and snugly warm.  He makes a mess of our bed when we get out of it and bitches no end if we try and make it, so yet again it is unmade and it is all his fault.  Here is another sneak peek shot when I quickly lifted the sheet and blanket.  He is so beautiful don't you want to hug him.

So want to see more desks then pop on over to Julia's desk called the Stamping Ground and travel the world.

Thanks Julia for joining us all together each Wednesday to snoop, you make a lot of people happy.

Hugs to all
Eliza & Yoda

Hi Eliza - thanks for visiting my blog, and for your kind comments. Paper hanging is just like card making - just bigger LOL!! I'll always be grateful to my Dad, who taught me DIY - it's saved a bomb over the years, and I enjoy decorating, so long as I'm not under pressure. Your craft room looks AMAZING - so much lovely kit! Yoda looks quite a character. Have a great week xx

Oh that Yoda, he totally knows how to manipulate! Gawd, your desk and cutting station is looking amazing - it really shows how a re-working can work so well..especially when you're busy and productive....if my desk looked like this it would be because I've moved out!

Me too this week - I really can't seem to stop Weds. from being a mad crazy day with loads of stuff that takes me away from my desk, no matter how hard I try! Squeezing in a few visits while I have a moment. Your planning and reasonably organized desk is so much better - I know you've seen mine already.... DOH!
:)

Happy WOYWW!

The desk looks very inviting, just about ready for a bear visit we'd say. Lucky Yoda having a sneaky lie in, we're quite jealous.

Your space is so inviting, just ready for one of us WOYWWers to pop in and create with you. The hexagon cards (in the post below) are great. Yoda looks adorable -- sweet boy. Thanks for popping over to visit me -- happy WOYWW! ~ Laura #14

Eliza, thanks for visiting me earlier, yes teenage cards are a problem, Josh is the first of the grandchildren and great nephews and nieces to get there, so I'm going to need to make lots over the next few year. Yoda looks so sweet under the covers, I had one that was troglodyte like that, making his own cave in the bed, only Sammy preferred me to be in the bed too and arrived frequently rather damp!!!
I love your idea of a cutting trolley, Oh to be able to get the guillotine and die cutter of my worktop without actually putting them away.
Hope you get soem crafting done after your appointments.

Eliza, it's so funny because I don't know what it's like to try and make my bed without a cat on it! Yoda looks so cute and cozy though. I think my favorite thing on your desk is that adorable carousel with the markers and drawers in it! Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #12

Your array of stash and level or organization is astounding.

And, yes, most kitties prefer and unmade bed to a made one. Then they make themselves little "nests" in all the wrinkles.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for the nice comments.

Happy Woyww,

Awww...! Yoda is so cute! And so lucky that he gets to sleep in all morning.

I would love to come by your area and poke in all those boxes and bins. I'm sure there are so many wonderful treasures to be found.

I didn't WOYWW today, not having it in me to visit desks today but I thought I'd pop by and say hi!

The workroom's looking good - I love the fact that you have a bowl of mints for DeDe. Aww, what good mates you are!
I think Yoda is looking very inscrutable in that pic...he's a wise puss cat, no doubt about that!

That is one very tidy room, with everything neatly put in boxes. If you're ever up in Brissie you can get to work on my mess :) I've heard many excuses for not making beds but that is a good one. You have one very spoilt pussy cat.
Have a great week.

Oh, Yoda looks so good and so happy! And your desk with a special spot for your Dede, sooo nice! Wish I had room for another crafter in my craft room...oh, and another crafter near enough to come over! lol But I've been too busy these days so it probably wouldn't matter anyways...still happy for you and have to look back a bit to see what you've been up to, huh? Hugs dear! :)

Hi Eliza,

Yoda looks nice and warm. I imagine with his sleek skin he needs a bit of comfy cozy blankets!

Your desk is an amazingly super tidy zone. Great pic of the adorable Yoda too. Thanks for your comment and in answer the hand stitched hexies were made during two long coach journeys but I removed all the paper backing templates when I returned. It was all time I would have wasted and I always have a portable project on the go.

Sorry I'm late visiting. It's been a busy life-gets-in-the-way type of week. I also appreciate your visits when it's not WOYWW. You have no idea how much that means to me.

Yoda really IS adorable, but I have to type that softly, or Bleubeard will wake and feel snubbed.

Happy very belated WOYWW from #7.
