WOYWW 248

I think I have managed to get my act together in the last few days, I don't know what happened to the rest of the week (or year) most likely working stuff got in the way.  Had a play day with DeDe it was a very productive day, gosh we really have fun.  Got so many templates for cards done and even managed to get the base for a book card created, then I moved onto sorting my stuff you see I still wasn't happy with where everything was from the room change, so I did some rearranging, now I am in business and action again.  Now onto the desk, this has been creativity mayhem,  I have been sorting UFO's and finalizing stuff that wasn't done last year and that is what the biggest items are on my desk.  I have been making Enveloboxes and card sets for the DD's friends as gifts and sorting through the cards that were not done last year.  Also been putting together some cards for the Soldiers overseas serving, they will be posted off to Bridget later this month when she has settled in her new home (still yet to be found, I gather) So on my desk is a pile of scrap waste that needs to get to the bin, a whole basket of enveloboxes filled with cards and some empty ones for filling later, a new pile on the desk that need decorating.  A shoe box that needs sorting and finishing and bagging for Bridget. DeDe's kraft card ream that she left behind  the other day when we had a play and the mandatory cup of latte.  Quite a busy desk if you ask me and all in the go mush mush crack the whip activity.

Now Yoda, he is contented most of the time to sleep wherever mum is but today he is still tucked up in my bed sleeping, I pulled back the sheets to show you, instead of photographing a lump in the bed LOL.  As you can see he is happy and tired, so we will let him sleep Ok no more noise or disturbance for the little man.

Julia hosts the desk blog hop of the worldly desks, want to know more then pop on over to her place called the Stamping Ground and check it out.  Make sure you have a cuppa with you it can be time consuming.

To all, please leave your link number so I can return your visit and thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment, I really love having people stopping in.

Happy Crafting & Hugs
Eliza & Yoda

Andrew was looking over my shoulder and was very impressed with your room and all your stash! I said you were my hero and that I hoped to emulate you one day with all my stash, so he promptly changed his mind and said you had too much!!!! Bed, Yoda has the right idea!! Thanks for liking GSS on FB too, much appreciated. Spring will be here at some point, but the way this year is going it's going to be in July, lol!

You have NO idea how much I adore your craft room. I could play here for months, and never come out. And Bleubeard could sleep with Yoda, and would be right with the world.

Just looking at that second photo of all your awesome tools sent me over the edge. How awesome it would be to play with any and all of these fun gizmos.

Thanks for visiting while I was changing both my keyboard and mouse batteries. Happy WOYWW from #1.

What an amazing room, Eliza - and you get to share it with DeDe, too. Great fun!! I am most impressed with all those boxes and cards - makes my small efforts seem just that - erm, very small.
Thanks for visiting earlier. The problem with apple devices and my own website seems to be that Apple and flash player (who my website provider uses) don't appear to talk - but you never have any issues with getting through to leave a comment. Strange things, computers...
Have said Hi to hubby from you - he says Thanks!!
Have a great week.

By the time I got to your desk our little Miss Piggy (a yellow manx) just came in from her morning trip around the yard. I seen your drink cup on your desk and realized my coffee got cold while visiting others this morning. Anyway, hope you have a great week and Happy WOYWW!

I'm soooo glad that you've had time to relax and have some crafty fun...I know that work was mad for a while. The craft room is looking really good - time in there is time well spent!
I've got the beast back and roaring again....ooh, and my sewing machine too :-) Naughty me!

Amazing how important it is to have your things in an appropriate place. I find myself in that spot right now, but cleaning and purging as I re-arrange things.
If I move one thing, then something else has to be moved and so on, so might as well clean and purge at the same time....LOL

Yoda looks all comfy and content.

I always enjoy the view out your window. Things are definitely looking different on your desks and and play area. It's nice to get things rearranged but they often need additional sorting to work out right. It's looking good and ready to play! And hugs to Yoda, who looks like he wants to snuggle back down to sleep.

Your desk/room is a crafter's dream! Julia made a comment a few weeks ago, asking if I had enough misters. I see you have as many as I do, all standing tall in their stand! I wish we lived closer! a bazillion miles is just too far to walk :(
Tell Yoda I said hello!

Your desk/room looks so organized! LOVE that huge window! Bet it lets a lot of light in. I like your cat, too. Mine has to be right beside me while I craft, watching my every move. Sharon, #95

I know I say this often...I'm in awe of your room of stash and how organized it is! Looks like you've gotten a ton of work done. And managed a play day with DeDe! Yes they do like to snuggle under blankies or throw rugs or carpets....at least my Baby does. :) T now she prefers being dark spaces but no covers for her. :) Hugs and Happy WOYWW! Nan G #101

Thanks for the visit yesterday Eliza, sorry for the late visit, but I was seriously tired after the flight and just flaked. Love how tidy one side of your room is. I love a playdate and as I am in the UK, I am getting one with JT on Friday :) Yoda totally has the right idea. Cx #79

Oh Eliza, would love you two to come and have some fun in my room but am afraid it is so tiny we would have to spill over into the dining area - not a bad idea though!
Your room looks so huge! It is a fabulous room and I love the window view you have - so much natural light too.
You do realise if you came you would have to bring a certain little fella also ...
Love to you both (you and Yoda of course)
