My desk this week is boring, not a lot of interesting stuff happening, thank goodness most of the Christmas cards are completed, just some fun stuff to do. I have been sorting through and fiddling around that is about all I can do. I had treatment on my arm yesterday with blood transfer injections for my arm and it hurt, anything can be better than a torn ligament and an arm that hurts badly all the time.
Di by besty has grounded me, because she loves me, no playing, she cut and scored heaps of cards for me so I didn't have that to strain the arm, all I need to do now is assemble if I can. I do have a few cards created one of them is on the card stand that Di helped me put together, it has a stamp by Stampendous of a tree and a beautiful verse. That is the extent of the crafting apart from what is on the desk. So paper piercing of a mixed media doll with heaps of ideas running through the head.
Today things are looking OK, pain still there but taking it easy as I can, the other arm is sore too. Ok I can hear you from here Di

For all that visited my BF last week I thank you, I have convinced her to join us and have to fun. She is the one that built the pen rack that lives on my desk. I decorated it, but she built it, so smart she is, we compliment each other. LOL
Yoda is happy he has done nothing but get cuddles from me. Here he is on my computer chair whilst this is being uploaded, watching me like a hawk.

I'm so glad you have a Di in your life..where would be without without our besties, huh. Your arm sounds awful..but you know what, Di is right..and your other arm is rolly sore from compensating, so don't over do it! Having said all that - the tree card is absolutely gorgeous, it's always the same isn't it - when you can't do something, the ideas and inspiration flow like water! Still, keeping Di and Yoda happy are priorities right now!
That pain sounds horrid - trust it will soon be better. I see from your early visit that you are making exceptional use of your time without using the arm too much. What a good friend you have, doing all your prepping - fabulous.

I just love that look of contentment on Yoda's face, what a happy little chappy he is. Thinking about it, maybe just sitting with your arm across Yoda would be a good way to help it heal, rest and warmth and you know you both would love it.

Ooh sounds painful, hope it's easing somewhat now. Good to have a good friend to help you out though and at least your desk is nice and tidy! Yoda actually does look really happy! Andrew was a happy camper, the lamb and the pie cooked just fine, amazingly we never lost power at all. Congrats on number one.

I think my arm is having sympathy pains in response. Definitely take it easy and rest it up. It is no fun to have a sore arm and it really gets in the way of crafting (and driving a stick shift). Hello to Yoda!
