Welcome to another week of desk hopping bought to you by the lovely Julia at the Stamping Ground. If you want to find out more then pop on over to her desk and she will explain it all.
Firstly I have to say sorry for the debarkle of last weeks link, I really don't know what happened, I really do think there were gremlins in the system playing havoc. For those that re-visited me thank you so much. I will try hard this week to not make a mistake.

So my desk, not a lot happening to be honest decided to get some planning done for Christmas to make some stationary sets. My dear friend came over and helped me create some simple boxes to hold the note cards etc. so now I have to create the paper and notelets. You can see the little boxes on my desk one set will have the open top, one is covered in the K & Company paper with the cat on it, a real old paper but one of my favorites and the other is just a postcard, printed paper by ? finally another will be like a book form, which is front and center of the score board.. Still a lot of planning to do.
Now the tree outside my office window is a Camellia Japonica and it was planted when I was 6 years old. This camellia every year delights people with is mammoth amount of blooms.

For those that have come to see Yoda, I will not disappoint you, here he is all wrapped up in his blanket in front of his heater vent, he has a separation anxiety issue with the heater. I think his bald patches are getting the better of him and he needs to keep warm.
He had his monthly check up at the vet on Monday and he is doing really good. His eyes are still a serious problem but apart from that he is doing the best he ever has, it's amazing what a little love and good care can do, it certainly has made a difference to this little mans life. Yoda sends his love to everyone around the world.
Anyway that is me for this week. I did plan on doing more art but life got in the way again. Please do leave a comment I love hearing them, also leave your link number if you are a WOYWW'er it makes it easier for me to return the visit.
So until next time smile and be happy, it will make your enemies worried about what you are up too.
Hugs Eliza & Yoda

Have a good week. Helen 6
Yoda looks so happy and snug, reminds me of my little doggie...who is snuggled in my bed here in the living room(you must go see the pics on my blog for yourself! lol) and is even snoring! Love the little fur babies! :) I'm so happy to see your Camilia Japonica in bloom again! Its so very very pretty. :) Your note sets sound like a very nice and thoughtful gift idea, but of course I wouldn't expect anything else from such a dear as yourself. :) Hugs from Deeyll #51
Yoda is looking great! So glad he is in good shape! I love that paper design! Have a happy WOYWW! Julie Ann x #41
Wow, Yoda has joined the BIG CATS this week in that blanket. He still looks cute though. Not a ferocious wild cat. Glad he is doing well but just makes one realise what those beep beep people put him through.
Nice to see the crafting you are doing, look forward to seeing them in more detail as and when.
Hugs

Amended my post on the iPad and the spacing is all wrong, will have to wait until I get home next week to rectify.

I am not really that big on x-mas and I am really not thinking about x-mas at all in the middle of summer. But it is fun to see! I also really like the cat card in the background :) Uniflame - 64

Great desk and what a view, I'd love looking out at the camellia bush. Like you I'm making box for cards as gifts - share my work around, I make too many to use myself. Cheers RobynO#52

Oh look at Yoda all wrapped up, I wonder if he'll mind if a few bears sneak in there with him, it looks so cosy.
Waving hi from the bears@#84
think I need your friend to show me those boxes, they do look good and a great idea for gifts of the season.
Yoda is looking good, glad all went well at the vet.

Saw your mail art already, elsewhere, but making note of the note set. I'll make no comment on Holiday crafting :) You'll be smiling in November when I am tearing my hair out. How you can do it, tho' with that gorgeous tree right there, I do not know! I'd be thinking SUMMER all day.
Happy WOYWW!

Oh, You have very much interesting and beautiful things to use. And the boss, now sleeping but never knows... when boss'll awake and watch all is made what He ordered.

Eliza, your desk looks as if it is just raring to go into new projects.
And I love your Camelia outside your window, mine refuses point blank to grow more than a foot tall, so yours is just so gorgeous. I suppose it loves the climate over there, and flourishes in it.
Yoda look comfy by the heater.

Oh those stationery boxes are fab, love the kitty one too, but they're all great. Great to hear Yoda is doing so well. I have friends who fostered a rescue dog that was left tied up in an abandoned garage for days on end, someone eventually heard him and called the police who got him out and into a rescue home. I really don't understand how people can do such things, he's the sweetest, gentlest thing imaginable too.

Eliza I am loving all your little boxes for holding your note cards and I can see why that cat paper is one of your favorite. And wow what a gorgeous view you have, your beautiful camellia in bloom was the first thing I noticed on looking at your desk. Yoda looks very snug, warm and happy wrapped in his blanket. Have a great week ahead and Happy WOYWW! Danie #14
So good to see Yoda, glad that he is doing well. Love the Christmas idea, the boxes look lovely - can't wait to see the rest of the sets. Happy WOYWW. Cx #31
I love the boxes, Eliza. They will make a great gift when some cards are put in. Well done. That camellia japonica is just fabulous - mine had 1 flower this year - mind you, it didn't have ANY last, so that's a 100% improvement!!
Have a great week.

I had to 'blow up' your picture for a better look at your 'boxes' and thought that your little drawers and pencil holder box is lovely! So useful!! Well done on starting Christmas things...I guess I'll be starting some time near Christmas eve (again!) Thanks for my snoop! Have a great crafty week! Happy WOYWW!?!

great view from you work space. so inspiring. love the tree, wish we could grow them here. i always see them when we travel to southern california, but for some reason they won't grow here (Washington State)
Such a triumph... the box is superb.
I adore camellias and also have a beauty planted right by my window when one of my lovely friends died suddenly quite young some 20 years ago.
Yoda looks like he's off to a fancy dress party as a leopard... cute!
