Plans don't always work out the way you want them too.....

I usually start a card with a plan it is usually in my head and I go with that,  deviate maybe a little, but it looks good  the bit in my head, getting onto paper in in creative stage is a different story.  But and here is the but..... this one started out being a 6 butterfly card and rectangle, then everything changed.  I don't usually do rectangle cards and my auto-pilot just started with the square card, then and this is where things went strange and unusual for me, I decided to score a line diagonally on the card, well this looked different, but how was the card going to stand up and I had to put another card onto of the diagonal bit which didn't bend.  This is when the plan in my head started to get crazy and evolve into something else.  This was meant to be a simple card, quick, easy and no fuss, I didn't intend for it to take forever to create and change the way it did.  What the heck I was not on a deadline, as long as it was created by tomorrow being Monday here in the southern hemisphere I would be fine.

So the card is finished and the Birthday Girl with be happy, she is 17 this year and my DD's best friend.  Something very different from me this year I usually do something with skulls or funky/Rad but not this time.
