WOYWW 170

It is Wednesday again can you believe it.  I am in the middle of another broadcast for the NAB Cup Rising Star Awards out of Crown Casino tonight. So I am busy again.  After a wonderful Friday, having been to get my retail therapy I was straight back at work.  I did have a little tinker on the desk with just a few things that I had purchased, like my new Sizzix Die.  I started to play with some glitter too but it is all just ideas in my head and not quite coming together on the desk yet.

The Whale addition to the house is doing well and I think he is losing weight already, he is such a pleasure to have around, still timid but loving his cuddles.  He is starting to get around the house more and doing a few laps, he is even starting to jump up on the bed instead of clawing his way up.
Have taken a few shots of my desk with its contents still in creative mode, not really exciting. at all.  I have snapped a few shots of the flower on the tree outside my window that you have seen for the last month or so.  Another beautiful flower to grace my garden in the last few days is this Magnolia and another Camelia but I am unsure as to what it’s name is.  Spring has sprung here in this cold city and the days are getting warmer, thank you mother nature.
Why am I showing you the desk?  It’s WOYWW time where people show what they have on the go.  Hop on over to Julia's at The Stamping Ground and see more or even join in it really is great fun and the more the merrier.
Please leave a comment I love them and also your link number it helps me find you in return because I return all visits it’s the right thing to do.

Thanks for visiting
Eliza

Sorry Eliza, I only had the desk to show today. FOr me the week end was for finishing off projects that had lingered to long. Tomorrow I will be showing a card that I made for my boss who has been out sick for the last week. I do love the photos this week, they are just gorgeous. #33 Thanks for stopping by.

Yes mum I will get onto my crafting and mess my desk up as soon as I recover from my operation-lol. Your desk didnt do too bad this week, its very tidy but it always is tidy. I will send some soup-open your mouth now. It's still at the stock stage today, will add the ingredients later when all the meat falls off the bones and have a finished photo for next WOYWW

Hi Eliza beautiful flower photos. It amazes me that we are going into autumn and you are going in to spring. I know it happens all around the world but I have found WOYWW really brings it home. I have camellias and magnolias in my garden too - actually we have had a second flowering of the magnolia which is unusual as is the indian summer we seem to be enjoying at the moment. Happy WOYWW to you from Helen 22

your desk is always tidy! I'm glad you got your retail therapy!! and your new cat "the whale" looks so timid and shy. I know he will come around! He is so pretty. My cat "kitty" is a little on the large size himself, but our pets just take over our lives, don't they?

G'day Eliza, sorry for being tardy in replying, I'm not feeling well with a sore throat - courtesy of daughter's germs she left me even though we did have fun lol.
Lovely tidy desk and gorgeous flowers.

We gave the boys a cuddle and hug from you too thanks.

The desk is looking so lonely! Wanting all your new toys to come out and play...hope you get to craft soon. :) Are you working crazy hours right now though? Well, I hope they aren't too crazy. And the Whale...oh, he is looking better. I bet he is so much happier with you and a proper home. Thanks for sharing the pictures of the flowers and foliage, so beautiful! It's supposed to be coming up on Fall here but the weather is stuck in Summer mode, our high has been well over 100f for at least the last 4 days! Ridiculous, huh? lol I'm off to snoop on others now!

I wondered where such beautiful flowers were coming from and so I read your bio and see you are in Oz. My half sister lives there and so did my birth mother until her death recently at 91. Perhaps I should visit and see for myself what the beautiful weather causes to grow.
You sound mega busy so good luck with it all and keep stroking that beautiful cat.

The whale is looking much better from his original photos. His eyes must be on the mend. He seems quite regal, from his show days I'm sure.

Your roomy desk looks like a nice place to be.

The garden photos are nice. My garden is overrun with muck and mosquitoes but I'll put up with them if it means rain.
