WOYWW 306

Posting late today had a day playing with my bestie and boy o boy did we cover some ground today with some really cool appliances.  We were both in the discovery stage with this and it was fun.  Created a card which made layering multiple times without flaws so easy.  Hey this is a blessing for me I am the messy Queen here if there is any ink that can be found it will end up on me and the card in places we seriously don't want it.   This stamp is a Kaisercraft stamp that I used and it has about 10 different colour layers on it as well as embossing.

My desk is a bit neat and tidy as it got cleaned up so we had space to spread out.  Yes that is Stephan in  the corner keeping me company he is such a hunk.

Yoda the whole time was either kneading his bed ready to curl up or sleeping like you can see.  He is still sleeping contentedly now.

Outside the window it has been a really lovely day in the mid to high 20's we are now going into the evening here in Melbourne Australia and daylight savings has kicked in so it is getting dark early.

This week I am trying to keep it short and sweet as I have a lot to achieve and not a lot of time.

Hope you all have a wonderful week crafting. I managed to visit everyone except one again with a link that didn't work correctly.  I do return visits so if you leave me a comment, you will get one in return.

Why am I showing you my desk you ask, head on over to Julia's place called the Stamping Ground and find out more.

Hugs to all Eliza & Yoda

Hi Eliza, yes, so glad the seasons are a changing and we too are enjoying some lovely cooler mornings. Good to catch up with your bestie and that is one really lovely card. My local stamp shop stock the best range of Kaisercraft I've seen, so me and my bestie did have a little spend up today. Have a great week Cheers RobynO#22

Some great techniques here Eliza.Love that card. Isn't Autumn just gorgeous?!!We have had so many perfect days like you...low to mid 20's C.
I have been finding loads of doilies, and a few ladies have been buying them as they just can't seem to find them.
Did you read that Back Packs have had donations of $3,000 this week, and $7,000 a few weeks ago. Incredible.I have been buying dvd's for the kids.
I can just see Yoda kneading his blankie!i am loving having my little shop.I have loads of projects on the drawing board.Things I have wanted to make but just never got around to it.
Hope you have a good rest of week. Love that techno gear you have!

Hi Eliza, and hugs to Yoda. He does look so sweet kneading his bed- a process known as 'treading money' over here, I have no idea why! That is an awesome stamp, and your card really does it justice. Kaisercraft do some lovely stamps. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #16 xx

You have Stephan keeping you company in your crafting room! I'm so jealous. Although I think I'd prefer Damon. :-)

Love your cards, and as always, Yoda is a cutie.

Happy creating and happy woyww,

Your card is so beautiful! It must have taken you hours to do. But then having fun with bestie, the time flies.
I have no idea who Staphan is but he looks quite the hunk.
But your other boy there in the basket is even more cuddlesome. Give him a cuddle from me.
Have a great week,

What a beautiful card, Eliza, and I'm glad dear little Yoda is busy keeping you company! Your desk looks very tidy. Thank you for such a lovely heart-warming comment - I am indeed sitting back and letting everyone look after me! My friend went home on Sunday and managed to reassure my hubby that looking after me isn't so hard after all! Lucy did so well looking after my blog while I was in hospital and keeping everybody up to date with news.

I heard my histology results on Monday and they say the cancer was very aggressive and I will have to have some chemo. Oncology appt. in early May. Not the news I was hoping for but a small price to pay for staying alive!!!

Please give Yoda a big hug from me and one for yourself too. Our kitties have given me a wide berth since I came home and won't give me the time of day - I think I must smell peculiar or something after my operation! I miss my cuddles with Beatrice.

Yoda spoils the show again, he's so lovely. As everyone knows you have to plump up the bedding every now and then. Love the card too.
Have a great crafty week, Angela x 36 x

Busy desk and I love that card! Now girlfriend in my opinion you have it made...a room full of crafty goodness, Stephan in the corner and Yoda to snuggle. My cats do the same thing with the kneading and I don't know the significance but I get woke up each morning by my tabby cat doing it. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week. Vickie #8

Such a lovely card you made! I too cannot work with ink or paint without getting it on my hands/face/hair ;) I came over for a re-visit on a comment you gave on an old woyww-post (it was April 8 I think...) to find this last woyww-post of you. OhMy... I keep running behind on things - anyway, have a great week and see you soon (at yet another woyww-post maybe?) hug from Holland, Marit
