T stands for Tuesday

I have always kept and eye on this posting because it has intrigued me what people are posting but have never joined in, mainly because I am working.  Today has been a day off for me and I have got my days mixed up and even posted early for tomorrows post of WOYWW yes I thought today was Wednesday
and to my surprise I am ahead of things.  Yes I am a born blonde but in my excuse I work night shift a lot so both days meld together on a regular basis for me.

Anyway the reason I am here is because of Elizabeth and Bluebeard and it is T for Tuesday and I am finally joining in.  I have some
CarlTon Ware
yes it has a T in it and I am a collector of fine china and antiques, one of my loves and this I have just acquired in the last week.  Carton Ware is becoming harder and harder to get especially this style.  So I hope this can be counted as the T.

Hugs Eliza

I don't remember having heard of Carlton Ware before, but those pieces are pretty. I googled it, and it comes in all kinds of colors. I even saw a photo of a Carlton Ware teapot!

Happy T Tuesday :)

Hello and Welcome...lovely to have you join in!
Those are some beautiful pieces you have there...I have a real soft spot for pretty china and can get excited at the odd saucer or bowl from the junk shop even ;)

Happy T-day Eliza, thanks for stopping by, glad you could join us this week.

Beautiful Carlton pieces. I have heard, and seen Carlton in many antique stores. It from the same time period as Roseville, Hull and McCoy pottery. I have a few pieces of the last three, but no Carlton. All just beautiful pottery.......they just don't make them as pretty anymore.

Oh how I WISH we had a craft store like the Bass Pro Store!!! It is bigger or almost as big as some rubber stamp conventions I went to. ( of course that was YEARS ago....LOL)

BBQ competitions are growing, here in the States. There are 4-5 teams just in our small area that I know of. Competitions are tuff, but if you get into at least the top 10 you win $$$. We do it for the fun of it, BUT $$ is ALWAYS GOOD! LOL

Hi and welcome to T Stands for Tuesday! My hubby does shift work so I know what that can be like-it's not easy. Love your beautiful vintage dishes. I happen to love vintage wares-furniture, porcelain, glass, etc. It can be addictive for sure:)Happy T day to you.

Ah, dear Eliza, of course this counts. And Bleubeard and I welcome you to T, too.

Your china is gorgeous. I've never heard of Carlton before, but I'm not really a collector of anything breakable. Yep, like you are a blond, I am a klutz. Get me around anything breakable and it's gone for good.

Thank you (and Yoda, too) for sharing this lovely pattern with us on T today.

Happy you joined us for T Tuesday. I have lots of old china but no Carlton Ware. Your pieces are very attractive.

Hope to see you for T next Tuesday.

Hi Eliza, I'm not familiar with Carlton Ware either, but those leaf themed plates really caught my attention. I'm a fan of all "natural" themed things! I'll be googling them later on! Happy T-day.

Happy T Day! I'm glad that you're joining in.

Your Carlton Ware is so pretty. It seems like it should be used for a fairy tea party or something equally magical. :)

I'm thinking of making up my own version of the layered drink, using lemonade and iced tea. I'll let you know how it works out, since that version would not have artificial food color.

Hello and welcome to your first T day, it is quite addicting and fun! So many sweet ladies in this group, talented too!!
How pretty these dishes are, I love the color of them. I am like Elizabeth, nothing breakable around me, even my kids still drink out of plastic cups, lol.
So glad you joined us and hope you continue to and linking up early a little late is totally ok!! I do try to do my post early on Monday's so I can jump right into visiting Tuesday mornings.

Thank you so much for you visit and comment today. It is nice to be on summer vacation, the winter was so long and cold.
Have a great week!

Yes yes I have heard of Carlton ware my mother collects it. Its very pretty. I love moorcroft pottery but it us so expensive. Carlton ware seems more reasonably priced.

Wow, Eliza. Did you know I have one exactly the same as the bottom centre yellow one. It belonged to my grandmother! I had no idea they were collectible. But of course it is too precious to me to sell anyway. and because it is a leaf, I love it even more!
