WOYWW 229

Talk about a week gone, well my week has been packet full firstly for anyone that wants to see the formal photos of DD's graduation they are here. Sorry I don't want to bump up the post and make it a long one when you can just click a link.  So onto the desk, it has been creative my desk this week created a few Christmas cards for charity over at Jingle Belles they can be seen here and here then a few more just for me they are also in former posts seen here.

My desk still littered with bits of Christmas. On my desk you can see some smooch bottles, just got these little wonders and can't wait to test them out further.  I know they have been around for years, but hey, I am up to date with other stuff. LOL   But behind my desk is this buffet cupboard and my BF helped me sort the stamps pads out into containers.  She has this system with her Distress Inks that all the little pads go into little bags and stay with the pads on a big ring.  You can see the rings clipped to the size of the basket.  So everything that I use on a regular basis is in these baskets..  keeping the desk less cluttered.  Hey it is working, not that my desk is cluttered much.

No desk post would be complete without the little man having his photo inserted.  Here he is snuggled on my computer chair whilst I am working at my main desk..  I wish I could snuggle in there and be warm it is a little cold today.

If you are a part of the WOYWW desk hop please leave your link number so I can return your visit.  If you haven't got a clue why I am showing you any of this then you better hop on over to Julia's place called the Stamping Ground and check it out.

So until later, stay happy, be warm and craft lots.

Hugs Eliza & Yoda

He looks so very happy, all wrapped up and toasty warm!

Smooch is a bit like Silkies, isn't it? If so I would totally experiment with a Gelli plate :) But then you know what I'm like....

That is a great idea to keep the little ink pads like that less bulky than a lot of other ways I have seen. Sending hugs to you and pats to Yoda..

Have to chuckle when I see Yoda all tucked up like that. He looks so comfortable and content. What a wonderful outcome for him to be so loved.
You are so organised with your supplies and your desk looks so good that it puts mine to shame.
Loved the photos of Myrene in your previous post.

I love to see all your craft stuff stored away neatly like that. IF I paper crafted, I'd have to have good storage too because I can't stand having piles and piles of clutter around. My desk shot this week was quite unusual for me being that untidy!
Great shot of Yoda there, he looks extremely laid back!
Your parcel got sent yesterday so should be with you in about a week :-)
Hugs, LLJ 7 xx

Lots of us seemed to have embarked on making Christmas stuff - I just started, I just can't imagine how it is to make Christmas stuff in Australia when you have summer approaching! I guess it is normal for you but we connect Christmas with snow and cold...
Lots of hugs,
Cardarian

The extra storage is very neatly organised. Yoda is looking very snug indeed, we're quite jealous over here in cold England.

Eliza! It's me!!! :) Hey, long time no sharing of the mess, huh? School has been ridic, amongst other things...;) Loving the organization though...those pads are hard to keep track of. Did I ever tell you how I did mine? Hmmm. Well, its not really that interesting but it works for me and I'm glad you've found something that works for you! Yoda does look well swaddled, a very nice place to be indeed...I thought you guys were coming into Spring though? Not warming up quick enough for you? lol Hugs dear! Deeyll #107

I am jealous that you have such a beautiful bright window in front of your work desk.
My craft room is in the basement no windows.
Great storage behind your desk as well.
