Tons of fun happening today, I ordered the Gelli Printing Plate and it arrived. I literally ripped it from the packet and started playing with it. It is so cool, seriously if you are thinking of getting one then DO IT.....
Also on my desk is stencils, watercolour mists, and backgrounds already created with the Gelli Plate.
I am off to have more fun....
Check out WOYWW desks from around the world by clicking on this link, so much more to see..... thanks to Julia from the Stamping Ground

You ladies with these gelli masking plates rock! I've never seen this before until recently! Tamika #131
I keep hearing about this Gelli plate but don't seem to be getting "it". I monoprint on a cookie sheet. I put my pain directly on the sheet, swirl it around a bit, then put my paper on it. I can get up to 3 prints off of it. How is this plate any different? I am dying to know because EVERYONE is talking about it!!!!
I see fabulous pieces of paper there my friend!! Can't wait to see what you make with it!!

Hello Eliza, thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a lovely comment about my rainbow books! The book will be a Wedding Guest book and the wedding theme is Rainbows, but with some white & silver, so that's why I used silver for the end-papers. It's going to be very nice, I think. Anyway, thank you for visiting!
I have wondered about trying the gel-plate printing technique. Someone recently posted about this on her blog - I think she made her own plate - and she had made some great prints. I love the background papers you made with your plate and misters etc. Very fancy and smart. Glad you shared them!
