Loads has been happening on my desk, got some deliveries of orders that I have been itching to get my hands on and play with,
Compendium of Curiosites book II
tattered banners (Already used this one couldn't wait)
Movers and Shapers Tag and Bookplate
Tim Holtz words that go with the banners (this is awesome and far better than originally thought, yep already used it)
Some punchinella
distress stains in pewter and bronze
stamps from the grunge range
Then I won a blog hop from sparklensprinkle.com of some velvet glitter and they threw in some baggies of extras like glitter, embossing powder and well there is about 6 bags and some tiny stamps, so generous they are. You should check out their site is has some really cool techniques.
So some really interesting deliveries and some playing has been done too.
Oh and I nearly forgot got this new Journal album from Monte Marte and it is leather bound with some really good quality pages in it so I thought what the hell give that a go too.
As you can see my room is busy with heaps of stuff happening and playing too. I tried a technique the other day with the egg shells and the alcohol inks they are drying on my side desk and there is still some stuff on my cutting desk behind me. Yep messy today but I am in the process of playing and having fun. Oh there are some completed cards in the rack front and centre as proof of productivity.
The little man has been sleeping on the dining table on top of said daughters jumper whilst she is doing her homework. Any opportunity to get in the dining room and he is off. I don't know what it is about that room but all the cats love it in there.

Glad you've won and received some fun goodies to play with! I haven't seen the stamps that go with the tattered banners, now you know I'll have to go look them up and see how badly I need them, too! lol :) No, I'm grounding myself, temporarily, at least until I get a chance to play with my more recently acquired toys. Speaking of which, loving the Kaisercraft stamps! They are so flexible and versatile. And I've seen that punchinella stuff on ebay and almost ordered it, but I was also curious about how you use it...? Is it like ribbon or is it a paper punched product? I was hoping to use it to make honeycombs on cards, but I ended up getting an embossing folder and stamps instead. Anyways, thanks for sharing the desk and the projects you'll be getting up to. :) Deeyll #142
