I thought I would show you a few wide shots of my art room . Yes there is 3 desk chairs here but 2 are only mine. Myrene my daughter sits on the purple one at the table near the ribbons and does her homework sometimes and/or art with me. The other ones are used at my computer or my desk for art. I have stuff everywhere, but everything has a place and really should be in it. This is the heart of my room and the room everyone seems to gravitate towards.......
Hooter is happy and visable today, he is not in the mood like me to play games, the WOYWW badge is there too. Just next to the window is a pinboard that holds art that I have either made or received from others or it is really important to me....
Yes you might find 3 printers, I know why 3 LOL one is bubble jet colour, one lazer black only and the big one is lazer colour, yes I do use them all.
Yes I do have a Cuttlebug, Big Shot and a Vagabond Machine but the Vagabond Machine is not on the table it is in the car.....
So why don't you have a look at others desks and find out what they are up to. Go on and visit Julia who started this craze and see what others are creating...
Until next time bye...
Eliza

What a great snoop around! It does look like you know where everything is and that everything has a place, but you have seriously outgrown that area, Eliza! I'm really afraid of that one tower high above the desk and chair. Look out!!
Thanks for visiting me earlier! Have a great week! Darnell #53
Wow I love your room, its bigger than mine, mine is the dinning room hahaha
Fantastic work space, what a wonderful spot!
:)trisha, #122--another quilty inchie charm
Hi Eliza!
I had to laugh about your vacation book being 6 years late. I haven't made my annual scrapbook (I make a book every year that includes all important pictures from the year) since 2005!! I have the books, many layouts made and the pictures are actually in chronological order, but no time to glue them in. ugh.
Your space is awesome!! Please feel better soon!!

Well, given the long, stressy hours you work, it's not surprising that sore throats catch up with you...that's a sure sign of your immune system being low. Hope you can manage to rest properly before the madness of working life intrudes again!
Hugs, LLJ #72
PS You have a huge amount of ribbon, I feel the need to come and have a play. lol!!
OOoh, you've such a nice full crafting cave! Now, don't get me wrong, I'm so thankful to have a whole room dedicated just to crafting but I confess I'm also a little bit envious of the size of your room! And you know I totally envy your gorgeous view. ;) So sorry to hear you've been feeling yuck. I hope you get to feeling all better soon. Its always good to get as much sleep as you can when you don't feel well. Sometimes I think I get sick just to have an excuse to be able to lay in bed all day! Actually I know that's why I get sick sometimes, so now when I'm feeling like I'm going to get sick I just go ahead and beat it to the punch and stay in bed all day before I even get sick! Ha! Which often does keep me from getting truly sick, believe it or not. I think our bodies will tell us what they need and if we don't listen they will yell at us until we do. :)So I'm glad you got to spend the day in bed but I'm sorry about your sore throat and I do hope it feels all better very very soon.
Hugs,
Deeyll #128(and a new Graduate! and a student again...Graduate level this time though. :) Feel free to cheer for me in your head only so it doesn't hurt your throat, k? lol :)
Hi there Eliza, wow what lovely crafty space to work in and hope the nasty throats go far far away..
Thanks so much for popping over and thanks for sharing ~ happy WOYWW! Shaz in Oz. x #64
Wow, what a fantastic craft room, lots of very jealous bears here! Happy crafting and get well soon.
Cardarian has left a new comment on your post "WOYWW 167":
Wow! What an amazing craft room! I hope your throat is getting better!
I will be thinking of you and sending you positive energy! It helps!
Lots of hugs,
Cardarian
I love seeing more of your room. You have a great space there. I love the wall with the ribbons on it. How nice to have everything at the ready like that. I laugh at the 3 printers and 3 chairs, room for everyone! And printing for everyone. Sorry to hear you are ill. It sounds like you did get to crash out all day. I don't get to as school starts next week and the best way to make enemies for weeks is to call in sick this time of year (unless you are contagious-I had strep throat one year and got banned from campus). I'm actually feeling better today-I'm sure because I have a doctor's appointment. I suspect I have a sinus infection, not contagious, no reason to stay home.
Awesome looking workspace. I see an awful lot of stuff I could have a fun time playing with! Thanks for visiting my desk and sharing your thoughts. VIckie #38
I've enjoyed seeing more of your workspace - it looks so inviting. Hope you can continue to get on with the album. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving your comment. You asked about the tape gun - I bought it ages ago when there was a special offer - I make so many cards that I need to buy the tapes by boxes of 72!! which last me about a year - sometimes I can use 2 in a week! x
Wow Eliza, that's a wonderful room! Thank you for the virtual tour. It all looks very organised and tidy.
Thanks for your lovely comment. I had a humungous clear out yesterday and you'd scarcely recognise my ARTHaven now - pop back in a while after I've posted my next blog post about it. As for the fudge... I wonder why NOBODY believes me when I say I didn't eat any??!!! ROFL!!! Honest, I didn't... You'd have to check with my mum but you can't because she hates computers as much as I hate spiders and she's never used one, let alone gone on the Internet lol!!
As for the advice about not getting rid of any art stuff - I don't actually need any encouragement to keep stuff ROFL!!! However, most of what is going out isn't art stuff, but books I don't need any more (some on Kindle), old office stuff etc. I'm also getting rid of some, but not all, of supplies that I've got too much of, particularly sewing stuff - e.g. I've got a vast box full of old sheeting for backing things, and I'll never use all of that if I live to be 102.
Happy belated WOYWW,

So why is your Vagabond in the car? How does it compare with the rest? I have the Bigshot and Grand Calibur.

Hi Eliza thanks for popping to see me. The paper with the shapes you ask about is a template for a new card design for a pack that I am creating intending to sell on line - my first step to my new business. So watch this space and all will be revealed. I love the pin board with your art treasures on it. A fab place to look at to get inspiration when you need it! Belated WOYWW Hugs to you from Helen 18
Hope you are feeling better! Happy belated WOYWW.
Wow! You have a wonderful set up. Hope your feeling better.
You have one incredible space -- I sure hope you are feeling better.
